Infrastructure Engineer — China Region
Remote · APAC
We're expanding into mainland China and need someone to build and manage our China-region infrastructure. This is a critical role — you'll own the entire China deployment from cluster setup to ICP compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years with Kubernetes in production (multi-cluster preferred)
  • Experience with Tencent Cloud or Alibaba Cloud infrastructure
  • Strong Go skills — our infrastructure tooling is Go-native
  • Familiarity with ICP registration and China compliance requirements
  • CI/CD experience (ArgoCD, Terraform, or similar GitOps tools)
  • Mandarin proficiency (written + spoken) for vendor coordination

Senior Backend Engineer

Design and build the core settlement services that process cross-chain payments. You'll work on the liquidity router, intent resolver, and payment API — the systems that handle real value movement across networks.

Protocol Engineer
Remote
Work on the consensus and cross-chain relay layers of the Arctos protocol. You'll implement BFT consensus mechanisms, design proof anchoring systems, and build the cryptographic primitives that guarantee settlement finality.

Requirements

  • Strong Rust experience (systems-level)
  • Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (PBFT, HotStuff, or similar)
  • Cryptography fundamentals (signatures, ZK proofs, commitment schemes)
  • Experience with blockchain protocol development
  • Published research or open-source contributions preferred
